How long does production take?
Production typically takes 1–2 business days.
Please note: Personalized laser-cut metal pieces may require 5–10 business days due to custom crafting.
My order hasn’t shipped after 2 days — why?
Our fulfillment team does not work weekends. Orders placed after 3PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday and typically ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.
How long does shipping take?

USA: 3–5 business days (most orders arrive earlier than expected)

Canada, UK, EU: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
I made a mistake with my order — what should I do?
Email us at info@treasora.com within 3 hours of placing your order. After your order is shipped, we unfortunately can’t make changes.
How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is already being prepared for shipping.

Why can’t I reach you by phone?
Our customer service operates Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM PST.
If you’re reaching out outside these hours, please email info@treasora.com — we’ll respond within 12 hours.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier info.
To track your order at any time, visit our Order Tracking page.
My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven’t received my package. What now?
Please do the following:

Check your mailbox, front porch, or delivery drop areas.
- Allow 1–2 extra days, as some packages are marked delivered early.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number for detailed info.
